2. Website visits
When you visit this website, the technical server may process data transmitted by your browser, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser, operating system, language and referrer. This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Enquiry form
When you send an enquiry, we process the data you provide – in particular your name, e-mail address, phone number, travel dates, room preference and message – to handle your request and prepare a personal offer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) to deliver enquiries. Contact details, travel dates, room choices, guest numbers, your message and technical delivery data are processed to handle your enquiry under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Processing in the USA is possible. Resend provides a Data Processing Addendum including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Further details are available in Resend’s privacy policy. Data is retained only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and comply with legal obligations.
If you also request the newsletter, this optional choice is forwarded to the hotel with your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing info@jaegerheim.it. You can send an enquiry without consenting to the newsletter.
4. Security measures
The form uses CSRF protection, a honeypot field, input validation and rate limiting. A pseudonymised hash of the e-mail address, the IP address and a timestamp are logged to document privacy consent. These security records are not anonymous.
5. Cookies and local storage
The website uses technically necessary cookies and local storage, including site_cookie_consent for your selection, bf_csrf for form security and a PHP session for the enquiry process. No non-essential analytics or marketing services are currently integrated into this landing page. You can change your selection at any time via the cookie settings.
6. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Please contact info@jaegerheim.it.
